what should i do even though i have my neck brace two casts and sling?
I recently got in an accident and i received these injuries:

Neck Harm- soft collar for two months
broken appropriate thumb- cast for 6 weeks
pulled ligaments in left elbow – sling for three weeks and elbow brace for 3 weeks
broken appropriate ankel – walking boot for 6 weeks

any ideas on what i need to do, i have been relly bored lately

I also have difficulty obtaining up when i have been laying down for a even though
what really should i do?

just take rest……. and do mobility exercises for your uneffected joints…. do deep breathing exercises for relaxation.. be secure whilst transfering activities….. these for your wellness….

listen music, read books, watch television, talk with your buddies…… these for your boring thoughts..
