I have left scapula pain for many years, no injury that I can bear in mind. I will need anguish relief, any suggestions?
I have taken numerous distinct meds, PT, hydrotherapy (cold and heat), chiropractic solutions, massage, yoga and other such stretch exercises. A number of x-rays were standard, MRI showed some bulging disc in the lower back but nothing at all else out of the ordinary. I still have chronic pain along the left scapula and for the past few months I now have pain of the left shoulder and up the left side of the neck. I will need pain relief, any ideas?

I am pretty confident I am suffering from depression. I have no interest in anything anymore. I do not feel like hanging out with my buddies or household. I am often exhausted and never feel like consuming. I drink protein shakes and take a shitload of vitamins to literally retain me alive. I continuously really feel drunk and I think it’s just from being delirious from my lack of eating and sleeping. I hate feeling this way, it is lirerally killing me. Everyone about me notices it as well and have commented on it. I have been feeling this way for about a year or so now.
