With due respect and humanity, I write to you this proposal.I am a manager of bill and exchange foreign security company here in London . I have packaged a transaction that worth ($7.500,000.00), In my department, i discovered an abandoned sum of ($7.500,000.00) (Seven million Five Hundred Thousand us dollars only) in our company underground save box that belongs to one of our foreign customer Late Mr.Ian Hawks worth, who died along with his entire family in Japan Earthquake Tsunami 11 Mar 2011 The morning after Japan was struck by the most powerful earthquake to hit the island nation in recorded history and the tsunami it unleashed, at least 350 people are dead and hundreds missing after a tsunami caused by a huge 8.9-magnitude quake devastated north-east of Japan.
Since i got information about his death , i have been expecting his next of kin to come forward and claim his money because our security company cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as next of kin or relation or Cousin to the deceased as indicated in our company guidelines and policies but unfortunately i learned that all his supposed next of kin or relation died alongside with him at the earthquake leaving nobody behind for the claims and our company has no idea of the fund up til now .
It is there fore upon this discovery that I decided to make this business deal proposal to you and release the money to you subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming forth and i don't want this money to go into the our company treasury as unclaimed Bill, if no one comes for it. Accordin g to our company policies and guideline here which stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed after four years, the money will automatically be transferred into our company treasury as unclaimed fund.
. In this regard i agree that 30% of the total money will be for you as foreign partner, in respect to the provision of an assistance 10% will be for reimbursement of any expenses incurred during the curse of the transaction and 60% would be for me and my colleagues.
There after you received total money, I will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated. Therefore to enable the immediate trnansfer of this fund to you as arranged,indicating your bank name, your bank account number, your private telephone and fax number , your country, age , occupation. married or single. for easier and effective communication and location where the money will be send to you.
. I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is 100% hitch free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the transfer.
