Is it okay to use Antiseptic Listerine in children ages 12 and under?
I have a small cousin and he is staying at my residence for a although. He is under 12 years old. His breath smells horrible. We had Listerine in the lavatory so I was wondering if its okay for him to use it. Please assist!

I wouldn’t, it has alcohol in it. Just get him to brush his teeth and his tongue. Undesirable breath frequently comes from the stomach anyway.

He can use only if he knows how to swish it about and spit it back out with out swallowing it. The might well have a sore throat because when my youngsters get sore throats they get bad breath.

He can use it as long as he doesn’t swallow. I utilised it as a kid. Does he have a cold or is he breathing through is mouth and not his nose? That might possibly be a cause. His throat could be drying out and bacteria is obtaining smelly.
